In my opinion it looks like it was an after thought of welding it on there. Maybe it's just the location of it, but I think it needs to sit on a more straight part of a runner. Or get individual letters made up so it flows more naturally? I like the idea of branding a manifold but it needs to "flow" I think. Just my opinion.

 

I say No. I prefer a cleaner look.

 

Id etch it on the top of the flange, less flashy
