Recently bought an 03 Evo GSR with 68k miles. With in serveral hours of driving it after i bought it the check engine light came on reading a p0171
System Too Lean (Bank 1). It makes a wierd sound underboost and when i shift or let off the gas theres no BOV sound. i have taken it to several different shops even a evo specialty shop and know one can seemingly find the problem. i have done 4 boost leak tests and found my injector seals were leaking but changed them and did a boost leak test again, with no leaks present after that. I have cleaned the MAF sensor and checked to make sure feul pressure is good. my evo seems underpowered and when its cold very unresponsive. Any suggestions as to what this could be caused by? Anything helps thank you!
