car runs weird after compression test. help!
My tuner is very good so I can rule the tune out. I know it's a mechanical issue. My car is a ix mr.
I have Injen upper n lower ic piping, 4" ic, 02 dump, 3" tbe, arashi 25g turbo, buscher ported stock im, fic 1450, walbro 450, speed density, no intake or filter, using 01 acura coils as a cop kit, stock 9 bov, egr delete, e85, tuned on stock ecu.

At first I couldn't hit target boost but the car felt 100 % smoother than it ever felt. Then I went to have my tuner retune and help me find my issues why I wasn't boosting past 20-21 psi. But I did hit 29 psi at 7k rpms 2x.(not back to back but with 4 pulls in between) it wasn't at 29 psi thru the rpms, it just literally went to 29psi at 7k rpm then I let off due to being near red line.
So my tuner had do a compression test and cold compression was 90,90,110,90. Fixed all of the boost leaks except the throttle body's leak. Then I think more boost was added and some afr's were adjusted n then went to do a test pull n had good solid 1,2, slow misfires and hit 24 psi. Came back re gapped/ checked plugs to .020 , nothing touched on the ecu part, n car sounded like it was flapping(such rapid misfires)when I tried to smash on the gas. Rechecked coils n they were snug. Went again n it was still same thing. It sounded like the misfire was so rapid that the car didn't jerk at all, just felt like power was lost and didn't hear the 02 dump open anymore. Was too frustrated to keep trying to fix it so gave up n drove it home. Also bec I started at 2 pm n it was now 8 pm n dark out.
I am so frustrated, so close to giving up on the car. And the worst part is I just sold my stock turbo last Sunday
it was in perfect working condition n gave me 400 awhp already. I just wanted a little more power.

You have a mix of parts that I'm not familiar with.
"arashi 25g turbo"
I have no idea what this is. If you are having lag issues and inconsistent boost, check to be sure the wheel isn't hitting the turbine or comp housings. It is too bad you got rid of the IX turbo, though.
" no intake or filter"
FWIW, this is nuts. There is no good reason to not run a filter and the risk is very, very high in regards to something getting into the turbo and breaking the comp wheel
"using 01 acura coils as a cop kit"
I have never seen this but assume you have it working correctly.
Cold compression numbers don't mean much. The engine has to be warm, so don't concern yourself with the low read out.
The turbo and coils would be cause some concern for me. I'd start there. Oh, and warm up the engine before your next comp test.

I had a brand new MAP turbo that went bad in two days. Yours could be bad right out of the box, gone bad after a mistake during install, or anything else New doesn't = good. Too many other factors.
