Please help! Intermittent Boost Issue

Alright guys, trying to see if anyone can give me some guidance or insight on this issue.
Im having an intermittent boost issue. The times it occurs is completely random. Normally the car hits a hair about 1.5 bar of boost on the stock gauge. Then occasionally (lately more often than not) the car will drop down and hit no more than 1 bar of boost. It's driving me nuts. If anyone can provide some insight I'd appreciate it.

Some mods to give an idea of the setup;
FP White Turbo
Forge Wastegate Actuator
Manual Boost Controller (Not sure of brand)

Tunewise the car is just on a random base map, havent gotten it pro tuned yet. I havent had this issue before til recently after I got my trans built and had everything put back together.

Did you do a boost leak test after the trans install? You have a boost leak that's causing u this issue.
Do you remember it happening in a particular gear or all gears? post engine warm up? did you connect your MBC correctly? ....etc

If its a boost leak though how could it intermittently make full boost and partial at other times? If it was a boost leak wouldn't it not be hitting full boost all of the time, or at least tapering off? This is not limited to any certain gear, happens in every gear. Also MBC is connected same as before.

Do you have another wastegate actuator you can swap on? Random wonky boost can be sourced to a bad actuator. Forge actuators don't have the best track record either.

If there is a small leak at one of the joints then the way the engine rocks back and forth could impact how much it can leak during different maneuvers. This is the only thing I could think of if everything else was put back together correctly.
