idle dip related to power steering pump???

I was having a serious idle dip issue that a set of new plugs and wires seems to have helped tremendously. It's basically completely gone now. The only issue at this point is if I am coming up to a stop sign or stop light and I'm turning the steering wheel slightly because I'm going to be turning at said stop sign the car will idle dip still a very tiny bit but if I let off the steering wheel the idle pops right back up. Any ideas? Maybe a new power steering pump? Or is there any ecuflash definitions for adjusting power steering compensation for engine drag?
