The most practical and safest choice is to run a true FlexFuel solution with flex fuel sensor if you drive the car long distances. It simply isn't necessary for how most people drive the car (short fun drives local to their pumps or track use only). In my case, the Evo went from a fun weather car to track ****, so E85 is my friend. I just haul VP jugs full of corn up to the track with me.
you wont change my opinion. I have run e85 in my daily its not practical.
heres how I do it in my car

I agree its not practical to DD your car on E85.. Although, I do. BUT Meth injection is not better, its just more practical for your situation. The gains are more pronounced and I believe its easier on the motor to use E85.

The injector gunk seems to be hit or miss according to the area your from. Some people have issues, some don't. If you run a tank of 93 through the car every few months it clears any gunk. Its not like after 2 tanks of gas your injectors are shot.

Running 93 +meth injection you still run the chance of getting a horrible batch of gas and with running an aggressive tune could definitely compromise the motor. Unlike e85... where people run E70 on their E85 Tune with no issues. If your truly looking to make power E85 is the way. If your just looking to add some pep to your daily driver then meth might be a better solution depending on how much you drive, Just take proper precaution.

With that said, im not against meth. I run it on my Viper and love it.

I would like to run E85, unfortunately, its not available here.
My only choice is to run meth with a proper failsafe if I want more power.
