Incomplete Monitors? help

Incomplete Monitors? help

No codes, 5 complete and 3 Inc Incomplete Monitors.
- Catalyst
- Evap
- EGR

I followed the drive cycle procedure from a cold start 5 times and over 100 miles, still won't pass. what gives?

Post up your tune, we can change the periphery bits to force the car to pass inspection.

I can't force them. They rest the ECU during inspection and if all monitors immediately pass, they fail the car.

The change he is suggesting is written into the ECU. To remove it they would need to reflash the ECU to stock and then the monitors would not automatically pass because it would not have the edited rom anymore.

I already did that, but only 5 out of 8 passed, the other 3 (Catalyst, Evap, EGR) are still incomplete after 5 cold starts/drive cycles.

All my Periphery2 (FCA) Bits are 1's

Having them all set to 1 is incorrect, you do not use the periphery bits to force pass.
