Help! Injectors not firing

having a similar issue to a couple people on here. its an 8 thats just been rebuilt. 2.0 built head with a 64mm

anyways, every things is put together and were trying to start it up. the injectors do not want to pulse. they aren't getting a negative pulse. we've checked the fuel pump, lines , cas, cam sensor. the motor will run when sprayed with some starting fluid and it sounds great. but just can't get the injectors to work. I've checked every plug and connection twice. btw were trying it on the map it had before which is 1000cc, e85 and speed density. the car did sit for 1 year. is there any way that the ecu could have erased itself? i don't have access to evoscan. any suggestions will help. thanks

How were the sensors tested? I've never heard of an ecu just "losing" it's tune (quotations not because of u but because that's the best way I can describe an ecu losing a tune on its own).

You need to use a noid light to check and see if injectors are getting correct signals. After that, if it sat for 1 year with e85 in the injectors, than they are likely rusted solid will not function anymore.

What's your voltage at the battery while cranking? When I cleaned my inj the other day they wouldn't open at 8.5V. I was worried that E85 sealed them shut. Then I used a new 9v battery that actually had 9V and no problems after that.

i tried another set of 1000's. as of now we got it running after spraying some file in the tb and it'll stay running after that. we think it just has to do with the tune. its getting piping done now and then going to play with the tune after
