Help on Fuel setup

currently old fp green 93oct 386awhp on dynapack 24 psi

walbro 255 unmodded
id1000s
all intercooling piping and intercooler.
ported intake and exhaust manifold
65mm throttle body
hks cams 272
no cat
full 3in tbe
megan o2 housing

Im swapping hks cams out to gsc s2 should get 10-15awhp with these?
and I want an E85 tune.

Basically will my 1000s and single walbro work and be safe idc on e85?
REMEMBER old green not hta

Max boost would be 30psi on e85 maybe less.
My goal I guess would be 450awhp from 386awhp with new cams and E85

Ive searched and too many variables out there with dynojet, virtual dynos, hta green, ect.Spent hours and getting no where This is my setup and dyno I used.
I prefer to keep stock wiring if possible, and dont wanna overrun FPR

thx

You will be pretty much maxed out on the 1000cc on e85, my guess would be 450-460whp will be as far as you can take it.

I was over running the stock fpr with a modded walbro 255. I got a mini fuelab afpr and an aeromotive 340lph pump, using them with fic 1100 high z's and no issues to speak of. With an afpr you can raise base fuel pressure and run higher idc, its not "technically" the right way to do it but it works and you could run 100%-115% idc, a lot of ppl do and it works.

Oh, I should mention I am running a full voltage pump rewire kit. It wasn't over running the stock fpr on stock wiring. Once I did the rewire kit is when the fpr couldn't handle it. At least mine couldn't. I know Buschur says the afpr isn't needed but mine wouldn't hold base fp with a modded 255 and a full voltage rewire. The "correct" way to do this though is bigger injectors if you don't want to increase base fp to get the same results.
