Lean idle

I just installed my turbo back on an otherwise bone stock 8. My LC2 is reading right around 17.5 at idle, which is not where it is supposed to be. Perfect idle, no stalling, hesitation, shuddering, etc. I am thinking I have a leak right at the downpipe to cat flange. This supposed leak is also upstream from the wideband. My question is how bad can a leak throw the reading off? The sensor was calibrated correctly. It read close to stoic before it was installed. I am getting my 1.3 cable end of this week. I will see what is actually going on.

note: plugs were also pulled, and they were perfect color; light tan.

Okay so today I fixed my exhaust. New gaskets etc. No leaks. My wbo2 readings are still off. Idle is right around 17.5/18. It will sometimes go back down to normal but then right back up.

So today I did a boost leak test. I immediately heard a leak from the tb area. However, I could not pin point it even with soap/water. I am sure this leak is what is causing the readings to be off.

Does anyone know what areas are prone to leak there?

thanks

the seals on the throttle body suck, look up MILSPEC on here they have the best seals for the oem throttle body and offer a porting service too

Well found the problem. Pin hole leak in the weld on the wideband o2 bung. Fixed it. Now 14.7-15.3. What a joke that was. Just thought I would let anyone know who was following this. I ordered the seals too. Thanks for the help.
