So is there a clip or something that holds the stock WGA (evo 9) to the flapper arm of the turbo? I've seen circlips and so forth but mine has none. No cotter pin or nothing. I sold it to somebody and now they are complaining.

 

And now he's saying that the nut on the arm won't budge and is rusted in place. I asked if he has penetrating oil.

I would say it's used and it isn't your responsibility if he's trying to adjust it out of spec. You sold just the wga or the whole turbo. I would not in a million years expect a used wga to come with a pin.

 

It's not that big of s deal is it Ratty. He can just use a paperclip instead. We do it all the time don't we?
