ETS Short Route recirc. pipe

Hey guys I recently bought a used ETS short route upper intercooler pipe and aem intake to replace my Injen set up on my IX. The recirculating pipe wasn't included and before I buy one from ETS, I was going to make one with a 1.25'' radiator hose.

Anyone have experience with this? There are a few potential problems that come to mind for me, but as far as I know (from some interwebs searches) it should work.

Only thing i'm concerned about is blowing off the hose because of no lip. At most I run around 28-29psi on my e85 map but right now i'm on 91 map with stock turbo.

Any input appreciated. Thanks guys!

I've just been using a flexible radiator hose that I got at a local auto parts store. I have had no problems at 27 psi

I've seen plenty of people use rubber hose for these
