Compression test results and few questions

Hi fellow members
I did a compression test on my stock block evolution 8 today. The numbers were 170 in all cylinders except one which came to 160. The motor has about 20k miles on it and I am running a Precision 6262 turbo kit making around 500whp.
I have no blowby or spark plug problems.

1. Should I be worried about one cylinder having a lower number?

2. Can a stuck lifter cause a lower compression test number on one cylinder?

Thanks

Cylinders should be within 10% of each other. That one cylinder at 160 is not concerning. Do a wet compression test and see what you get. A stuck lifter would give you no compression in that cylinder as it would hold the valve open.

Compression tests can be dodgy at times. Were these numbers after several tests? If you are worried do a leak down test to make sure there's nothing wrong.
