I'm trying to cut down on the turbo lag, 5000rpms. Currently running the 6266 with .82 housing. Thinking of switching to the .63 housing. Anyone run the smaller option? It's on a 2.0 liter.

I wouldn't recommend a 0.63 housing, it'll kill the power up top. Is it a built 2.0 or stock?

 

I'd stay .82 I made 684 @35lbs at boostin performance. Fun turbo

 

Car currently made 657 at 33 psi at 7k. Built 2.0 liter with all the goodies, however stock fuel rails and tiny feed. The rev limiter is set to 8300, assuming due to the lack of fuel up top. Just picked the car up last week.

 

did u change to the .63 housing?

thinkin about doin a 6266 with this.... wanted to know ur results

 

Don't do it. I am running a .63ar and it's killing my power. Switching to .82ar vband and will post the comparison.

 

.63 is to small for that turbo you'll kill your top end
