input shaft bearing fitment
Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone can tell me the fitment of evo 8/9 input shaft bearings to and evo 4, and while we are at it, a throwout bearing from an 8/9 as well. I found these on lancershop.com and just wondering if they will do the trick. I am pretty sure they will fit, but I know there are some knowledgeable people on these forums that can probably give me a yes or no.
Thanks for the help!

If anyone is up for some light investigation, I found 2 diagrams on different sites for evo 4/5 and another for evo 7/8. Both diagrams are of the gearbox, and I am wondering if anyone can agree or deny that the parts are mostly the same for both.
If you look at the first diagram found here for the evo 4/5 the M/T Output- http://www.japanparts.com/db/partsli...ddle=1&small=5
and then compare with the diagram found on another site for the evo 7/8- http://www.camskill.co.uk/m8b0s2339p...ution_7_8_CT9A
Most if not all of the part numbers are the same. does that signify that the bearings would indeed fit if I ordered evo 8 bearings for an evo 4? I know those are not actual part numbers, but even if they are reference numbers, they should still be linked to the matching part numbers as well, correct?
