great I have the famous Death Whine.. looks like rebuilding the Transfer case. Or thinking just aboout buying a rebuilt one and be done. what are you guys thoughts or reviews shep vs jacks rebuilt T.C one better then other. reliability, quialty, service, anything? or anyone know another way>

Not to be an a$$, but this subject has been covered too many times...

In summary, Jack, Shep, and TRE, are all reputable drivetrain builders. Choose whoever, you'll still get an excellent product / services in return.

 

bump faisalm is correct I took jack transmissions is 20 minutes from my house and reputation is awesome. But all three are reputable and good reviews.

 

not an *** and understand, but typing transfer case to many to look through without what i wanted ... and ya im sure everything has been covered. but your second paragraph was all i was looking for... just saying...

 

I would call them all and see who would finish the TC the fastest, if you're in a hurry that is.

If you're in no hurry then see who's less expensive and go with them.

 

thats what exactly im doing im contacting all. so far jacks is 1 - 2 weeks waiting on others

 

I like them my car is leaving to get my transmission rebuild with jack transmission.

 

just wish i had local options.. shocked California doesn't have any one
