clutch trouble

I went to a meet last night and went for a cruise. Took a challenger from a 40 roll all the way to 125 and the car did beautifully. I hit the exit on the interstate to turn continue our cruise and I almost kill my car leaving the stop sign. For some reason my clutch is engaging extremely early all of a sudden. Never had any problems with it. I just had my comp stage 3 clutch professionally installed with Fathouse Fabrications in Indianapolis less than 8,000 miles ago. No slips or grinds, just engages very early in all gears. Help?

You probably just overheated the clutch. Did you drive the car today?

If it's still functioning mechanically as it should (in all other aspects aside from the engagement point) and then it's probably a temporary thing like temperature as mentioned above. Obviously if the problem persists and then something got adjusted somewhere...could even be something small like a loose pedal adjustment or something.

The only way that heat that clutch is not suppost to be because to much power. I am going to put my next week and is also competition stage 3. And I will rebuild the transmission with jack transmission. I don't want to have any problems like this with my.
