help oil jets under pistons

Hey guys recently had my engine blown up by a bad tuner.
I have got everything I need to assemble the engine but I noticed my oil jets (sprayers are crank due to piston hitting them.
One has completely broken off.

I am not able to get oem oil jets for another 8 weeks.

Is there any other oil jet that could work or anything I can do to replace these jets
I prefer keeping the oil jets as I daily drive the car

85mm wiseco 2.3 pistons 9.0.1
Eagle rods

I'm using the exact same parts as you and after bending the tubes to clear the crank, I had 2 break due to vibrations. Just blocked them off as they are only needed for the OEM cast pistons and haven't had any problems.
