so at high boost the car makes a whistling sounds like its leaking from a coupler. boost leak tested to 30psi and nothing, replaced the turbo with new one and waist gate and still nothing.... was told to unbolt the exhaust by the down pipe and see if there is excessive pressure building up causing the noise.

when i was getting tuned it would not except more than 28psi, so once the leak came on no more power.

anyone one have any idea or ran into a similar problem? anything will help at this point about to give up on the car
