how to get stock wastegate to run maximum boost?
currently using a stock evo8 wastegate cant seem to get more than 20psi. how do I get the turbo to run max boost. I am running a built 2.3L. I am getting 10psi standard wastegate pressure by running vacuum from wastegate to turbo pressure signal . with boost controller installed aand turned right up I get 20psi. With no vacuum line to wastegate and pressure signal blocked off I get 21psi max. Is there something I hav to do to the wastegate?

is it an Evo 5 turbo or an Evo 8 turbo? What turbine housing is the turbo configured with.....9.8 etc?
