Jumpy Erratic idle

Hey guys so I'm in need of some help. I have this problem with my Evo 8, here's what happens, when I first start up the car the idle would jump up all the way around to 2500 like i can hear it gradually raising, then drop its way down to normal 900. Warm start. Then today it got worse, when I drove the car and rev it to 4 grand in boost after decel the car would keep its idle at 2grand for a second then it would jump to 1.5-2.5 Rpms and continuesly jumping back and forth.

I checked for loose vacum but nothing. Could it be the idle air controll? Or the maf? Please let me know what you guys think, i will try to post video. Thanks

Also the while driving if i let off the gas it will give it gas itself and hold it there, unless i put it into nuetral, where then it does the jumpy idle..

Check for vacuum leaks also throttle body seals can cause this issue
