Mine does the same thing. Not sure, but I think I read somewhere that it is a common issue.

Take it to the dealer and ask them to ensure the latest flash is on the car.

This was a very common issue on 2008 models. Mitsu released a reflash that was supposed to fix the problem.

This is the first I've heard of it happening on a 2010.

My IX did it and my X does it too!
Just a common thing with Evo's, I guess. Especially when the A/C compressor switches on/off.
When you think about it, you have a little 2.0L engine with very little torque without the turbo - when the accessories change state like that, it doesn't take much to make the idle speed jump around.

check to make sure that vacuum line by the oil dipstick didn't pop off, that's pretty commons since they didn't clamp it. Might wanna put zip ties on it.

My 2010 X does it too and it is tuned.

The vacuum line by the oil dipstick is still intact and zip-tied. My IX did it as well, It's an EVO thing.

I bought an STi in 2006 when it came out, and it was pretty much the same way. My X even dies sometimes
