Why don't you keep the stock 02 housing on for emissions and for the visual inspection. Then after you pass put the 02 dump on.

NJ inspection is every 2 years. If you have an o2 dump most of the time it will pass. I do state inspections and visually we can only fail for not having a Cat. o2 dumps are technically off road use only. Depends on the inspector if he wants to call you out on it.

they will also notice the aftermarket o2 so might as well get the o2 dump. The gains and noise alone are more than enough reasons to buy one. I personally run the Muse o2 Dump and it is one of my favorite mods
