evo 9 build question !!

so im building my evo 9 mr. planning on keeping my stock cylinder head and block. my question is is im not sure how many L i should bore the block too. im thinking i want to make it a 2.3L stroker but im concerned about reliability and such. any insight would be appreciated. im going to be running a fp black turbo with just about every other mod.

so what are your guys personal opinion? on if i want to make high hp but still have some piece of mind that is the build is going to last me a while.. i plan on running like i said a fp black with dsc s2 cams with springs retainers and all that. only thing that will be stock is my cylinder head and block. so what L of engine should i go with if i still want a reliable build

thanks guys much appreciated

I am in a similar predicament now......I am trying to decide between a 2.3 and 2.2. Either a 94mm crank/ 150mm rod or 100mm crank/ 150mm rod.
My car had a BR 2.3 and I have grown to like it but my builder is steering me towards a 2.2.
I am still contemplating it.....wish I had ridden in a 2.2 car.

The only downfall of a 2.3 is that it's life will probably be a bit shorter and also a shorter rev range. But, it will gain low end torque!
