down pipes and o2 housing

I have an 06 mr bone stock. I am looking at getting a full tomei ti exhaust. My question is what is the best down pipe/o2 housing. I have seen alot of controversial post some people using ebay parts some using name brand. I was looking at using the tomei setup as i will be using their catback. What are peoples thoughts and are their any dyno numbers to back it.
I am looking to add some cams intake ect for bolt ons in the future.

It's quality, only gripe is the Catback isn't a full 3 inch, there is a taper

I was on http://www.rallysportdirect.com/Tomei-440004-Expreme-Ti-Titanium-Catback-Exhaust&source=GoogleBase?gclid=Cj0KEQjw7b-gBRC45uLY_avSrdgBEiQAD3OlxzArj_TjgW59z4UOb0fQUU-Ms54Bkglv9tJ037CaohgaAlFy8P8HAQ
it says the tomei is a full 3 inch no taper can anyone confirm as it looks like the tomei test pipe looks tapered is the Catback tapered as well. Where the gains from the o2 and down pipe combo as good as the works product. I like the idea of using a flat flange.

I have a Muse 02 Dump, Perrin 3 inch downpipe, Perrin 3 inch test pipe, and a Tanabe Medallion 3 inch exhaust. Love my setup. Full 3 inch piping all the way out

we recommend the invidia o2 housing and downpipe- We have melted the other megan/br/tubular style out there with prolonged heat- they blow pin holes through them- because most are inexpensive overseas made parts

the cast invidia is nicest- we make a Vbanded tubular- but its overkill for most people-

This! I run this setup and love it. 3D countoured flange and Vband. There is even a little flex section in the DP as well. Also the taper people talk about in the Tomei catback is quite exaggerated imo. It tapers right at the cusp of the flange so it can mate to the stock cat. If you run any aftermarket test pipe (I run the STM resonated) it bolts up like factory. The taper is very slight and really inconsequential in the great scheme of things. The overall fit and quality of the expreme Ti is amazing and I highly recommend it. This is the best pic I have atm for that section of the exhaust:

I just ordered the Megan O2 Housing with some random eBay downpipe. But I am not running a very high hp setup, Mostly stock with an e85 tune. But, I have yet to install it, so I couldn't tell you how well it performs. But I have a buddy who was quite satisfied when he had the same setup last year.

Look at the 5th picture and zoom in, it reduces.

The only TI exhausts with no taper is the Greddy 80mm TI which is discontinued and ETS..

Does the invidia downpipe actually tuck under the cross braces?

You may need to add spacers to lower the braces for downpipe clearance.
