Evo 450hp

My evo 9 is completely stock I just have a exhaust but I'm looking to get around 450hp what turbo and stuff would be the safest way to
Go? And I can't use e85 either

get your breather mods(all bolt ons) and some 272 cams. then i think a stock location 35r or fpred will do.

a buddy of mine made 430ish whp and 320ish wtq on a stock location 35r and 272 cams on 25 psi. 91 octane.

Old school FP green got me to 452 to the wheels @33 psi with supportive mods..
