LOL. Take your question to the newbie forum. Better yet, put a little work in and research.

I'm new to this but seeing as no one else feels like being helpful, I'll share what little knowledge I have. I'd say you're going to want an intake, a 3" decat exhaust, a walbro fuel pump, possibly larger injectors because of the e85, a boost controller, some cams, maybe a ported exhaust manifold and maybe a decent intercooler or you might get away with just changing the intercooler pipes. I'm getting quite a lot of work done to my car at the minute to put me around 400hp on pump fuel hopefully, but am unsure how much more power the e85 gives you, hence being a bit vague, but I would have thought that would put you nicely over 400hp. I hope that's some help

Is your Evo stock?! If not what mods does it have?

Oh and do you want to make 450hp or 450whp?! Cause there's a big difference between the two

All the above plus speed density, a walbro 450 which is E85 compatible, upgraded 02 housing, a decent clutch to hold the extra Tq and of course all fall in the hands of your beloved tuner Good luck man hope u accomplish your goals.

For $3K, I'd upgrade your turbo to a JB FP Red ($1250), fuel pump plus/minus $100, injectors (vary in price), used air intake, used 3" exhaust, 3 port or MBC (probably a 3 port since stock block), head studs ($100) and a tune. That should be close to $3K. If doing SD then you'll need at least a 4 bar map sensor. You can get away with a MAF and ECU boost without a map sensor, but I'd recommend it for your ECU boost.

While on a budget it can be tempting to get used parts, but I'd try to get new if possible. Some things are hard to go wrong with used, like intakes and exhaust. You can always add more things as you go and do this in steps. The one thing that you should consider is the 450 whp. Depending on turbo that might get you close to the limits with TQ on a stock block.

I may have forgotten something. GL.

One thing I should mention is I really love a stock Evo with an upgraded fuel system with E85, 3 port or MBC and a tune. That's it! So much fun!!! That may be under $1K.

In all fairness you can get 450hp (crank) by throwing in a Set of S2 camshafts, valvetrain, headstuds, bolt ons, and ported everything and then do it on stock turbo. 450whp? Send your turbo off to turbo labs turn it into a 20g or go ghetto with a Kinagawa turbo and slap that ***** on some e85 with some Kelford 272's on stock valvetrain with a Ebay Intake manifold, with a megan downpipe and o2 housing. Crush Your stock BOV thatll hold 28psi F**** the head studs, get some injen Intercooler piping and keep your stock intercooler. Buy a used walbro 255 fuel pump, mod and hot wire the **** out of it and your done. Oh and buy some injectors

HTA71 Cold side (600 bucks) would make it much easier, Muse 3.5" 350 bucks, Muse LUICP 150, walbro 400 150 bucks, Muse o2 Dump 240, Megan dp used 100, crushed e9 bov 100 bucks, 3port 100, 4bar map 100, GSC S2 525, pte 1000cc 300 bucks, arp L19 head bolt 200, speed density intake 150, 3" exhaust system 500 and contact a tuner ( 10isace or tscomp) are very good.

STAY AWAY FROM INJEN INTERCOOLER PIPING AND EBAY INTAKE MANIFOLD/ TURBO MANIFOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM EBAY FMIC MUSE/VRSF MAKE GOOD STUFF AND CHEAP!!!!

Turbo lab option is great but the HTA71 is very well priced
