max power on stock engine

Hi, i have an 99 evo 6 that i have been tuning myself and just wondering how much power i could make with the stock engine internals and stock turbo with basic bolt ons. So far i have a 3" catback exhaust with a high flow cat, hks intake and a 400lph walbro fuel pump on 98 octane. At the moment i have stoped tuning at 22 psi and have maxed out the injectors at 100% duty cycle. I allready have ordered some id 1000's and i am doing a fuel change to e85 and will be turning up the boost to around 24-26 psi my goal is to get into the 11 second 1/4 mile range on stock engine and turbo just supporting mods. What do you guys think?

1000cc is a bit small for e85 but considering your boost I suppose you could bump up your base pressure to compensate. We made 400whp (dynojet) 8 years ago on a 99 VI GSR on 91 pump gas+meth with full bolt ons and IX turbo at 26 psi.

I would upgrade the wg actuator and boost control solenoid as well to help the 16G6-10.5T hold boost on top as it will taper like a mother****er. Torque is more of a concern with stock internals...try and keep it around or under 400 ft-lb. As long as your tune is knock free and you are not revving too high you should be good.

A good set of cams would gain you some significant HP
I'm going through a similar project, trying to get to max power on a E6 stock engine/turbo. Mods I got so far, HKS FMIC, HKS induction, "3 downpipe, Forge Unos MBC, FP internal wastegate, DW301 fuel pump, GSC 1 cams. I'm going for max hp & torque, it's no fun to have to reduce torque! Therefore, I won't exceed 22-23psi & 7600 rev limit. I hope that the stock engine internals would handle it!
Two more upgrades I'm considering, an E6.5 turbo & RC 750cc injectors.
