Does anyone know the torque specs on the bolts for the black inspection panel located on the bottom of the Evo 8 5 speed? My car developed an annoying gear oil leak and I tracked it down to this part. I'm going to run a permatex seal on it, let it sit for about an hour hand tight, and then torque them once its set up. Thanks!

sounds like a great way to create a leak. faster you can get them torqued down the better.
