When to upgrade fuel system?

So I am currently in the last phase of my build..

2.3 Bored 4g63 Block
Cp 9.5.1 Pistons
Manley Turbo Tuff Rods
Forged eagle crankshaft
GSC S2 Cams, 274/274
GSC Beehive retainers/springs
GSC No tick lifters
Manley Valves
ACL Rod/Main Bearings
ARP Head studs
ARP Main studs
Balance Shaft Delete w/ AMS Delete kit
ETS intercooler pipes with intake
Tial BOV (non rec)
3" ARK exhaust with 3" downpipe
AMS intercooler
Exedy Triple
Walboro 255

FP Black BB
Ported stock manifold

Heres my question..

How long with the 255 Suffice?
When will I need more/bigger pumps.
Fuel rail
Fuel lines?

Am I good for 500whp on pump now ?

I would like to get the fueling taken care of before we start tuning and run out of fuel..

I did a bit of searching but i was still undecided..

Thanks

Uh, you never mentioned which injectors you have or if you are going to be running pump gas or E85...

My 255 cut me out at a little over 500HP. I think you should upgrade to be safe but thats just my opinion. Not an expensive mod. I got a 450 and its much better but I'm also at more HP.

from my experience 500whp, with a bit of luck, is where a Walbro 255 starts to tap out. that's with everything else being stock. my 255 was unmodded. you have plenty of injector, so that's not a concern.
if i were going for that number on a regular/daily driver basis, i'd feel more comfortable doing a double pumper.

Are those the new FIC 1650s or are these the older low impedance injectors? If they are the older ones, that is what you are going to have the most issues with... especially at a low pulse width and trying to get them to play nice with pump gas...
