Got the brackets and everything made for the new fuel system. Here is a layout of it:

 

Install pic. I welded a steel base on each side of the trunk with 3 threaded studs on each. There is an aluminum bracket and thread plate pump and battery box on top of the base.

 

Here is a pic of the bracket.

The aluminum bracket sits on top of the base with the studs sticking through so that you can bolt/unbolt it. From there the fuel cell and battery box are bolted on top and the lines are run.
