The photo I found, and Mr.Fred posted, is of the actual Norris Design prototype from 2011, owned than by Roni911.
That SC is on top of the area where intake manifold resides.
And I am quiet sure that Si kept the basic setup, optimized some details, including how to control electronically the SC bypass...
Yes, I am pretty sure the SC bypass valve is electronically controlled.
There are several Swiss hill climb Evos running twin charged, and winning for long time.
Donald, Madmac, is consistently winning with his Evo V in UK hill climbs.
Based on Si's reputation I am confident that his new production ready system is truly near-as-troublefree as aftermarket system is likely to be: its a simple system but the sequencing of bypass, diverter on shift, and setting up SC belt/pulley system is where the persistence and know how is crucial.
