Jdm Evo 4 vs US Evo 8 vs Jdm Evo 8
Stuck the intake on the mock up motor, still needs to be sent out to get reflanged. Heard for better top end you want the 6 bolt head and small turbos/low end you want the 7 bolt head, hence why Im using the 6 bolt.
I know this is an old topic. I'd like more info if someone has any.
Pretty sure mine is a 4 engine, thus I have an Evo 4 intake manifold on my car. It has a block off for the egr built in and I like that!
My question is has anyone dynod the two and compared?
I believe the ports are probably lyrics the same, just wondering if I'd be better of going to the factory 8 to get ported later on. Or if it's just as good to port the 4 and not worry about egr.
