If you guys go to my intstagram page, you can see my pump gas dyno results. Full boost, 24.5psi at 4150 rpms. This with an MHI turbine housing. I am very happy with my BB red...

They are excellent. Idle is perfect. Only issue I have is the lean spot that I can't seem to tune out between 2000-2500rpms at part/light throttle acceleration (like pulling away from a light. mrfred has the same thing going on with his 2150's, which a fuel pulse damper has alleviated. So I may try that when I switch to an aftermarket fuel rail and regulator setup.

Here's my E85 graph couldn't find my 91 pump graph. On 91 she made 410hp/338trq at 22.7 psi.

I'm looking for a turbo upgrade too.

Evo 9 stock motor. Tbe, fic bluemax 1450cc, walbro 255, upper and lower icp, stock ic, will be running e85 when I choose a turbo. I want to be in the 400 hp range. It's my dd and I like to take it out to run on the weekends. I hit max boost once a day.

What turbo should I get?

For a 2.0, I think the best match would be the 71HTA or the new FP54.

For a 2.3, the FP54 or HTZ Red (although we haven't seen any dynos or the FP54, especially on a stroker).

Some people are ok with the Red on their 2.0, so tastes may vary.

will the FP54 be capable of at least 500 whp on e85 and somewhat reliable on stock block (with head studs and cams) with all bolt ons, 1050cc and walbro 450? of course keeping the tq down to below 400

It's all in the tune. Nothing to do with what turbo is on the car.

i forgot to put the power goal of 500 whp. ill edit the post. right now im doing 400whp on e85 on stock turbo, but i think its time to ditch the stock ix turbo and get this new FP54. I just want to make sure it will get me to at least 500 whp
