Oil starvation piston 4

Short of accusump or dry sump have there been any good threads about oil starvation of cyclinder 4? Is it just get a buschur baffled or ams pan and call it a day?

AMS oil pan, Kiggly pressure regulator for the head, AMS/Tomei etc crank scraper,
Good 15W50 or 20W50 oil
Should be OK to 1.5+Gs.
