However OP
I think your setup is a bit more involved than mine.

I'm going to try reversing power and ground
I read on another forum a person did that and their fuel pump worked

Turned out it was wired wrong from factory

Since you got a replacement I'd just wait on that

Welp, got my new fuel pump installed and it seemed to fix everything. My AFR's seem a lot more consistent as well.
