Hey guys i have recently purchased a 99 evo 6 with a blown rear ayc diff.
From what i know the previous owner had been through 3 rear diffs in a small amount of time. since i have owned the car i have noticed a patch of ayc fluid under the car where the ayc pump is. could this be the reason of the diff breaking?

Im looking at options to get the car on the road so i have a few questions.

*can i use a evo 4 lsd set up with the appropriate axles ad mounts would the ratio difference be a problem?

*buy another ayc pump and ayc diff. (could i use evo 4 ayc diff and pump)

any other options would be great i need help as i have owned the car for 2 months now and have never driven it
