Quick question regarding my exhaust/intake setup

Just had a quick question.

So my car currently has pretty much full bolt ons, kelford 272s, and is tuned at 25psi. Still stock turbo. Tuned on pump gas.

I am about to purchase a few things.

1) o2 dump
2) aftermarket intake
3) ported oem ex manifold

My question is, is it okay to install these parts and ride around without getting it retuned for a little bit? Or is it better to just install them right before the tune? I am no doubt going to get it retuned, just going to do several things at once so need to save some more money.

Install just before tune.

Especially with the o2 dump and intake. Changing airflow velocities in and out of the motor can really screw with your A/F ratio.

As previously mentioned, it's always a good idea to install right before a tune but to be completely honest, none of the modifications are really going to affect your AFR that drastically to the point where it is unsafe to drive around for a lil bit before a retune. Of course this is also dependent on how aggressive your current tune is. If you are running about as lean as you can get away with, then yes the mods could make boosting unsafe however odds are not that high that your tuner did this unless you specifically asked for these conditions.

Just wanted to update.. installed the o2 dump and the ported manifold and AFRs are fine. For anyone who may be wondering the same as I was. At least in my case... Car is running great and pulling hard.

Nothing extremely noticeable but it does feel a little peppier. I know i won't gain a lot until i get it retuned.
