P0135 code question

Hey guys I got SES light and it turns out that it is the P0135 code. The guy at advanced auto said the the code came up twice and I am not sure what he meant by twice but so far in my research it means that the front 02 sensor is dead, the one in the o2 housing. Just looking for someone to verify my findings.

And is this the universal plug and play replacement ? Also how difficult is it to take it out and replace it as I saw someone comment that its a pita. Also the car is 100% stock

I had that code not long ago, that o2 sensor fixed it. It was a pain in the ***. The old sensor was seized in there and I ended up having to remove the manifold, turbo, and o2 housing. It still wouldn't come out of the housing when put in a vise, so I had to drill it out and not **** up the threads (chased the hole with a tap anyway). All in all, not my favorite job ever, but certainly not the most difficult.

As far as replacement parts, I bought one of the universal numbers - working fine so far (~5k mi)

Yeah replaced with the universal part and the code went away (knock on wood) although the sensor came right out it was after I replaced some seals in the t-case so I still had to do a lot of work if that makes you feel any better
