Cryogenic Treatment

Has anyone ever successfully Cryo-treated/shotpeened their BLOCK and/or HEAD? I'm not talking about internals or cams or IM's. I'm specifically referring to the block.

I've cryo treated parts, but not a block or head. I do know a guy who had a Honda World Challenge Car, and he cryo treated everything. Won the class IIRC. But that was like 10 years ago.
