Slightly rough idle, stumble on pulling away

I have a 2003 Evo I bought new, with 4 miles on the odo. It now has 65,000 miles. The car has been very trouble free, I've only had to do oil changes, filters, and replaced the plugs at about 50K. Also replaced the diff & xaxle oil with fully synthetic at about 25K. Lately, the car has begun to have a very slightly rough idle, and when I go to pull away from a stop, there is a VERY slight stumble. I'm wondering if this could be an issue with a dirty throttle body? There's not much I haven't done on a car, but it's been awhile (this car really has been very trouble free, and as you can see by the mileage, I don't drive much). I haven't abused the car (no clutch drops at 7k, etc ;-) Any ideas what the stumble issue might be? I'm a bit low on $$$ at the moment, and I'm hoping for a cheap fix

TIA

David

If you have an aftermarket air filter, clean the maf sensor.

Thanks for the reply. I don't have a K&N etc., but I think you may be right about cleaning the MAF sensor. If anyone has any comments about the best way to do this, best cleaner, etc., please pass the on.
