Blowing smoke under boost

I have been having issues with blowing blue/ black smoke under boost out of the exhaust. The car has been burning about a quart of oil every 100 miles or after about 15 hard pulls. No boost leaks what so ever and compression is still good. Also the turbo has minor to no shaft play and i was told that precision turbos are either good or they are blown with no inbetween Anyone know what could cause this? Bad valve seals?
Built 2.3l stroker, fully built head, precision 6870.

Was this ever resolved? 1 quart every 100 miles is a LOT.

i mean its not normal but my car is right around there because my rings are kind of loose, on pulls it blows just a little of blue smoke, it could be your rings but i wouldnt really worry id just rather top it off every 1-2 weeks. i also have good compression on a built 2.0
