I have seen many cars on this site sold with the Tial Q mm BOV's and I didnt even realize those were non-recirculating BOV's and the stock one is, I just want a better sound to my car and I was curious how did people get their to work with tial Q? or does anyone have the qr? Ive had friends with the non recirc and it just backfires at times and seems like it wants to stall out. (Fresh newbie evo 9 owner) just got one almost 2 months ago

 

Switch over to a speed density tune and then you can run a vent to atmosphere BOV. Below is a link to the thread. Happy reading.

Or buy bottom part for around $60 and convert it to QR until you decide to go SD.

I've got a Forge adjustable VTA valve on my IX and it has never stalled on me. I think a decent mapper can map that out
