Walbro 450 Not Getting Power

I hard wired an E85 Walbro 450lph fuel pump into my Evo 8, and the car isn't sending power to it through the harness. Before I installed this upgrade, the car had no issue sending power to the AEM 320lph that was in it before hand. Where should I start looking for an issue?

The relay set up you did with your hard wire. Start there.

The relay is getting power from the battery, but not from the harnes. I removed the connections and attached a multi meter to the harness power wire, and it stays at 0 volts.

Update: Figured it out. The pump was simply not priming. It got power when turning the engine over.
