comparing a 60000 mile unit to a brand new one, I can see the divider getting thinner from use.. and then cracking.. so I think it is inevitable.. Keep the EGT in check and enjoy while it lasts... I think you will go for something bigger after 50000 miles.. or no?

Well, I got 115,000 miles out of my OG FP Green. It only had the outside of the hotside ceramic coated. Hoping the cryo + ceramic on the inside as well (on the scroll divider housing) helps keep the housing in one piece longer than normal.

Plus, hopefully EGT's on E85 are lower as well. Time will tell

Ahh ok then i will check that out when i take the turbo off. I did think about teh WG flapper not sealing properly. My car requires several 1/2 turns on teh WG adjustment other wise it is at 4000 before it hits 20 psi. Forge WG BTW Once adjusted properly as said then i get 20 at 3600 and 27 by 4000.

Thanks for your input, Kikiturbo !!
