Hey everyone, couldn't find anything on the page for this, im running built motor with fp black looking to make around 600+whp, was just wondering what size runners should I be looking at, many companies make different size runners. was just wondering if I could get some input on what size and companies to look at.

I also reccomend that you purchase a new gasket since some of these manifolds do not include one.
