Not really, I maxed out my FIC1120's with the 71hta on E85 at 30psi. If I had more injector we could've pushed it further

Being high z injector they're good for a little more than a low z in comparable size. I would think it could do up to 450hp with his current fuel components, worse case spending $30 on a rewire. Op also said he doesn't want to push it to its limts, assuming that includes keeping tq below 400, I don't see that turbo comfortably doing more than 450hp while keeping tq down below 400 anyway.
