hello

have any of you tried the org garrets with ceramic bb? i had my 3576r uprated with an aftermarket ceramic bb cartridge for almost 2 years ago, and felt a slight overall improvement. i only run 1.8 bar of boos so i cant tell how is is in a high boost setting.

Has any of you tried the factory ceramic gtx´s? and how are they?
