Best Turbo for High RPM Setup?

Best Turbo for High RPM Setup?
I want to go with GTX3582r on 2.0 LR (9000 RPM) pump gas (98RON) (500-550whp) setup. but want to here your opinions about other turbos.

Define what "best" is in your opinion. If you're just trying to reach 550whp then the turbo you referenced is a good option. Others' opinions may vary but in the end you should ask yourself what your ultimate goal is.

In future may be Up to 600-650 whp and 10k RPM. And want to know does that turbo feeling good on that RPM.

Yea you definetly want the 1.06ar of I remember the spec correctly.
