i have an 05 evo 8 mr the rear o2 sensor got ripped out of the connector at the end of the sensor and i need to know which wires go with which. on the sensor side i have 2 black wires a blue and a white on the car side there is a red with yellow stripe a blue with green stripe a white and a black. if any one could give me some info on this i would appreciate it because i need to get the car inspected and in order to pass i need to get rid of the check light for o2 heater circuit

 

Any one got anything on this?? I've been searching and any diagrams I find are for a universal o2 sensor

 

O2 sensor: Black heater, Black heater, Blue signal, White ground
Car harness: Blue/yellow heater, Red/yellow heater, White signal, Black ground
green stripe is probably yellow

I am in the same boat but my situation is that the wire got cut between connector and rear o2 sensor. same thing 2 black 1 white and 1 blue.


My question is does it matter if the blacks are switched around. If so any way of knowing which black goes to which black.
